Welcome to the Resident Student Association Website!
“Providing residents with opportunities to become engaged in their residence halls, on campus, and in the community.”
The mission of the Resident Student Association at the University of Pittsburgh is to advocate for the issues and passions of our on-campus residents in order to promote an appreciation of housing and residence life, and the well-being of our campus community. RSA serves as a representative body within the University to identify and make known the needs of our resident students. As a diverse student body with members and representatives all over campus, we strive to make your residential and collegiate experience the best that it can be!
The Resident Student Association (RSA) is the student organization for all students living in the residence halls and on-campus apartment style living on Pitt’s campus–making us the second largest student organization on campus! If you live in a residence hall or in on-campus apartments, you are a MEMBER of RSA. We encourage you to take full advantage of this organization! Run for a seat on your building’s Hall Council or Advocacy Council, become a Floor Representative, or advocate for changes to your hall!
